I bought this coat for commuting in Seattle, and I've been very pleased with it so far. The hood is large and adjustable, so you can really cinch it down in the wind or loosen it up to wear a hat under. The waist has an internal adjustment so again, you can choose how tight or loose you want it. By itself, a good fall and spring jacket. It's winter and I'm currently wearing it with a liner for added warmth. Very waterproof. The only downsides are that the sleeves are not adjustable at the wrists and have a fairly wide opening, so cold air can go up the arm holes. Also the neck is quite stiff, but has started to loosen up as I wear it more. Overall very happy with this jacket for Seattle bus commuting.
