          Comments about Detours The Day Pass Handlebar Bag:

          I had such high hopes for this little bag. I wanted to use it on my road bike, to store my ridiculously large cell phone, and other things. The bag looks well made and is cute, but the attachment system is a joke. Whoever designed this never actually tried to install it. The plastic clip on the back of the bag should have more slack, so that it's the strap that wraps around the tube, not the plastic clip. Note, this is not an issue on the left side, but on the right, the clip is too close to the back of the bag. Unfortunately, this one is going back.

            I needed a small handlebar bag to carry few extras during RSVP this year. The Detours fit the bill. It was large enough to keep compact camera, wallet, and few snacks handy, and easily accessed while riding. There was very little swaying of the bag from the attachment. Perfect if you just want a little extra storage space for you road bike.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
