          I just used this for a 35 km trail run and it was PERFECT. The adjustments fit me perfectly, which is great for someone slender like me to be able to adjust it so it doesn't bounce around on the trail. The clips to keep the hose from bouncing around, but to keep it accessible, are also great. The two front pockets were perfect for a cell phone, sweat bandana and stuff to refuel, and the stretch pocket in the back held an extra layer, my sunglasses, and a few emergency first aid items. Great pack - loved wearing it, no chafing, and frequently forgot it was there, which is the most you can ask for on something like this!

            I've just recently gotten into running, but as my runs grew longer I knew carrying a water bottle wouldn't cut it. I LOVE my Marathoner! At this point, if I am doing physical activity, it's attached to me. I have worn it on a 9 mile trail run through the desert, several 7 mile road runs, and even a few walks through the park with the dogs. It has great capacity, especially for those longer runs and hikes. On the shorter runs, my husband and I can ever share water. The three pockets make for the perfect storage space, and the whistle is a great addition for security or a form of communication out on the trails. ALL of the straps adjust for a snug fit, so This was the perfect addition to my training!

              I don't like anything around my waist when I run so this has worked perfectly for me. The bladder size is perfect - I use it for anything over 90 minutes. I love the pockets in the front - easy access to my iPhone, sunglasses, gels. There's an additional pocket for storage in the back. The fit is very comfortable.
