Comments about Chaco Leather Flippa EcoTread Sandals - Women's - 2011 Closeout:
I have other Chaco sandals with the traditional footbed and canvas straps and bought these because they look a little bit nicer with the leather strap and leather footbed. The soles are very stiff which is a little uncomfortable at first but does offer very nice arch suppor. My biggest complaint is that as your foot rubs against the footbed with use, the leather becomes very smooth, to the point of becoming slippery. If this area gets a bit wet then the slipperiness is worse.
Overall, these are OK for most dry days but next time I would buy Chaco sandals with the traditional grippy footbed.

Comments about Chaco Leather Flippa EcoTread Sandals - Women's - 2011 Closeout:
A few years a go I purchased a pair or leather Chaco flips with a leather footbed and combination leather/webbing uppers. They still look great and retained their wonderful cushioning.
I recently purchased the Chaco Leather Flippa EcoTreads. I was very disappointed to find that they do not have the same cushioning and are very uncomfortable because the upper sections are anchored under the leather footbed causing lumps.
