These are the most comfortable shoes. I have hard to fit feet and it takes me a long time to break in shoes. However, there was no break-in needed at all. Comfy from day one. I wore them nearly daily all last summer. The straps and sole held together really well. The only down-sides are that the inside bottom started to come apart a little AND they got really stinky. The inside is synthetic so I'm sure that's it. It gets embarrassing to take them off around people. My husband made me put them outside the bedroom! I scrub them out and let them air-dry outside but it doesn't last. But for me, this is minor as they are so comfy and cute. I get a lot of compliments on them.
