I have found these to be a great pair of Tri Shorts. I bought this pair at the onset of last season and have certainly given them a fair amount of work. Other than the reflective tape peeling off after several months of use, they have held up wonderfully. However, other than a few race specific training workouts, I have kept them out of the pool and the chlorine as much as possible. I ride and run in them regularly and have used them through three races (Full and Half Ironman distances) with no chafing. As a guy who is tall (6'4") I appreciate having a pair of shorts with a long inseam, and the two rear pockets are situated nicely to hold something small. I personally use them to to hold a Gel for the run portion of the race. I'll be buying a second pair for races this year and keeping the pair I already have for continued training.

Great for about the first 2 weeks. then they begin to fall apart. I was doing a lot of pool swimming so maybe that is why, but I would expect an [$] pair of shorts to last a bit longer.
