My daughter already owned a pair of these boots last winter. I bought her a new pair to replace the ones she'd outgrown. She used them all winter during all the snow storms. Her feet stayed warm and dry. My only complaint I have with these boots is that the sizing is off by at least a size and a half. I would recommend buying the boots a size or two larger. My daughter wears a size 1 to 1 1/2 in grade school and I had to buy her the size 3. They fit with very little room to spare. Very good boots.

These boots are darling! They seem a little more off- white than they appear in the picture, but that's ok, as white gets dirty so fast! I ordered up a size based on the other review here and reviews from other websites about this particular boot, but it actually seems pretty true to size to me. My daughter is wearing 10 1/2- 11s right now, so I ordered a 12 and it is definitely a size bigger than she needs. It seems pretty wide, too, and she does not have narrow feet. I'm going to keep them- I figure she'll get an extra year of use out of them, and with some thick socks they'll work fine. They are super cute, and appear to be good quality (she hasn't worn them yet to know for sure how they hold up).
