The Point 65 Tequila sit-on-top kayak bow section combines with the Tequila stern section to form a single kayak, and both sections combine with the Tequila center section to form a tandem kayak.

Great design for portability and solidly built, but they had to make it short to fit inside your car, and for that reason (and perhaps for others) it does not track well and feels kind of like paddling a toy boat...can't get a nice rhythm to your stroke because you are always correcting the tracking. Maybe the tandem version is better....I would only recommend this to someone who cannot otherwise store or transport a kayak. It works well as an extra boat when you cannot get someone to help you load your other boat on the roof! (or when you need to bring a third boat and must put it in the car).

Great value & BEST in many ways: easy to assemble, easy to disassemble, easy to transport, easy to store, great in the water!

I live on a 2nd floor apartment unit. I have only owned an inflatable kayak prior to this purchase because of issues in transporting the kayak, weight, storage, and cleaning after use. Whenever I want to use a hard sit-on-top kayak, I always had to rent before. All my kayak issues were solved by the Point 65 Tequila [modular] kayak! I can easily maintain it in my 2nd floor apt! I am even able to spray it clean on my bath tub while I shower!

P.S. I had to add HANDLES to both ends of the kayak to make carrying easier.
