Oh no, REI goofed on the re-design

Comments about Novara Bartop Handlebar Bag:

Yes, it is true that the predecessor of this bag has the zippers opening on the wrong end and is floppy, such that unless you hold the bag while opening things can fall out.

REI had the chance to improve that situation, and although they did get the zipper placement correct, and the board stiffener on the new bag is an improvement, the following negative points exist with this bag:

1) Smaller size: This bag is smaller than it's predecessor. Although it still appears to fit DVDs, it does not fit a lot of the library books that I need to retun soon.

2) Yucky color. This bag is grey. It is not black like the old bag which would look better on my bike.

How could REI miss on these important points?
