This tiny saddle bag is perfect for performance road bikes. It's light weight, stable, excellent attachments for easy on and off, has a key holder built inside, high quality, and allows you to fit a spare tube, tires levers, rubber gloves, and a CO2 cartridge and a few keys.

It looks professional and the attachments are so secure and tight that it will not move even under the most violent riding conditions. It uses rubber to attach to the seat post (Like some bike lights use), not Velcro. Unknown how long that rubber may last but it's been working fine for me over the past month.

It fits so narrow that you will not feel it or know it's there even with the thinnest racing seat like I have.

There is an attachment to clip a tail light onto it at night I sometimes do, and it holds it very secure and steady.

It also has reflective seams all around.

I bought this bag a few weeks ago for storage of essentials. After hanging it on my bike I found it also solved another issue I had. The park where I ride requires a credit card-like annual pass. It's best to just show it to the ranger as you ride by the gatehouse but I didn't have a good place to keep it and easily pull it out then put it back for next time. Since getting the bag I've found the rear-facing rubber straps (where you can hang a blinking light) are a perfect setup to hold the card. I can easily pull it out and slip it back in place for next time without wobbling around or stopping to find and produce the card.
