I travel frequently for both personal and business, and this bag has done nothing but good things for me. Most of the time I try to carry on my bags, but I'm sure all of you know how much harder it has gotten to do that. This bag fits easily into every plane that I've been on, with the exception of those tiny plane, which a backpack has trouble fitting. It fits nicely into the overhead bin, I typically put it wheels out for a bit snugger fit. The times that I have had to check it, it's been great. Never had any real signs of wear and nothing has malfunctioned. I have the bag in Blue and Gray, not a huge fan of the colors, but it is easy to spot.

I bought this bag at Seattle REI about a month ago. I spent a lot of time with the sales associate because I really need a heavy duty bag that is going to hold up. I live overseas and travel frequently to conflict zones and, while guarantees are nice, I want something that is not going to break. If it does, I can't return it. I have two Timbuk2 computer bags and I like them because they are tough, so I went ahead and spent more than I wanted to and bought this wheeled bag.

After its first trip as checked baggage, I grabbed it off the belt to find the handle had jammed inside it and won't release. Multiple people have tried to release it (I know how to push the button -- thanks, though), but it's stuck. Do you know how useless a rolling bag is without its handle? I'm pretty irate about this. Now I have to find someone to take it back to the US and return it for me, order a new one (from a different maker, for sure) and find someone to bring it to me.

I appreciate a nice money-back guarantee, but I wish things wouldn't break in the first place. I can't recommend this bag.

I took this bag on a 3 week trip and it performed beautifully. This is the first bag I've owned where my stuff stayed organized the whole time. I can't speak to it's longterm durability, but so far no complaints.
