Comments about Bern Berkeley ZipMold Bike Helmet - Women's:

I had a bern helmet once before. It was sold to me by a bike store, and after some time went by and I read the tag, I found that it was not meant for biking. Go figure! (Shows you can't trust everyone). Anyways, I therefore needed a new, safe helmet, but loved the look and fit of the Bern. This helmet did not disappoint. One note - the helmet color is a dark purple (looks like a matte lavander to me from the photo), but it is lovely all the same! Fits great, feels secure, and has great ventilation and also an extra insert to add if you want more warmth. I commute via bike, so I haven't used this helmet yet for snowboarding or for mountain biking...so I can't vouche for that yet. As far as road biking and commuting go however, it's a winner. I highly recommend it.
