Comments about Cannondale Classic Bike Bib Shorts - Men's - 2010 Closeout:
I love these bibs (my first bibs), but they just don't last. I bought a pair last spring, and they quickly lost some of the stitching. [...] I just took them back to my local store, thinking it was a fluke. No fluke. While the second pair has lasted longer (between 300 and 500 miles currently), they are already wearing out. The thin, cool fabric wears poorly, and the seams are inferior. Comfortable product, but it doesn't last.

Comments about Cannondale Classic Bike Bib Shorts - Men's - 2010 Closeout:
Got this for a great deal on REI outlet... Ended up returning them back to REI after a few rides. A hole developed quickly on my inner thigh due to the very lightweight fabric, forcing them useless. Goes to show that you get what you pay for... Also several seams were starting to come un-done.

In the year and a half I've been cycling, the phrase "you get what you pay for" takes precedence. They fit well, nice comfy chamois, despite it looking rather minimal. They felt great on 30-50 mile rides. Then.... I washed them. After the first wash, the stitching on the chamois started to break loose, and I noticed the material was starting to show sheer (i.e.: see through), which was not the issue prior to that first wash. I had to wear a compression short under them to not give the group riders a free show, if you catch my drift. After a 3rd and 4th wash, the stitching just flew right off and the chamois was held on only in the front, and back.[...]
