I work as a personal trainer and am always on the lookout for comfortable sporty pants to wear to work. These fit the bill and are so comfortable. I also love them for running, so they are perfect to wear to work on days when I go straight out for a run afterwards. I am 5'4" 120lbs and the small is perfect (my normal NF size). Slightly long but great with shoes on.
