As with all Chacos, these boots are super comfortable. The arch support is great. I wear inserts in most other footwear brands but these boots, and all Chacos in general, have great arch support for awesome comfort. They keep your feet warm and dry in any weather condition. They are sized a bit large. I wear size 9 in these boots but size 10 in their shoes and sandals. Anyone who loves Chaco sandals during the summer will love these boots during the winter. Highly recommend them.

I have used these boots for one month. I walk to classes which ends up to be approximately 10 miles per week. I am really satisfied with these boots. If you have owned Chacos, these are a no-brainer. They feel very sturdy, comfortable, and the footbed very similar to the sandal. If you have never owned a pair of Chacos, the first thing you will notice is the lump that contours to your foot's arch. It is very prominent in these boots, it is there so your foot won't roll over (pronate) and aligns your foot and leg bone correctly.
I have walked right through the middle of a puddle and I have encountered many slushy sidewalks, either way my feet are dry. The best part about these boots is the fact that even though they are winter boots and are warm, they won't make your feet feel like they are in a furnace. I never wear boots without wool socks (and you shouldn't either), so I cannot verify if these are as warm with boring white socks.

I always hated to say goodbye to my Chacos when the snow started to fall, but not anymore! These boots have the same terrific support and feel with the same LUVseat platform from the sandal. They keep your feet warm and dry no matter the conditions outside. I have yet to slip on any ice, and they just plain look good. With a little leather conditioner every once in a while I am confident that these boots will last a lifetime, just like their sandally cousins.
