Comments about Elie Sound 100 Kayak:

It took a little time to figure out which kayak best fit my needs. After lots of research, I ended up with the Elie Sound 100 and I love it. I was looking for a kayak that was stable and lightweight since I am a woman kayaker. I was interested in finding a "work-out" boat that tracks well but is also easy to maneuver on rivers. This is a great boat for the price. I've taken it out on the lake and the river and it is perfect for both. The one thing I would note as a negative is the storage compartment is not waterproof and the cup holder is a "lay-down" bottle holder. That means your bottle needs to be closed when in the holder because it won't sit up. Other than that, the boat is faster than any of my friend's kayaks and tracks better. Not to mention, it looks cool!
