      Any snack that has 3 fibers and 5 proteins per serving is a good start. These bars do it without protein isolates and fiber additives. However you do have to enjoy the flavor of dates, it comes through in all variations of this bar.

        I was making my own bars which, gets very labor intensive and expensive. This bar is the closest I've found to do-it-yourself! Couldn't ask for anymore natural and GREAT tasting. Great for training and racing. A fantastic fuel!
