      My friend gave me a Chocolate #9 gel halfway into a 15 miler when I was starting to bonk. Aside from being the absolute BEST tasting gel I have ever tried, it saved me from the bonk and sustained me for the remainder of the workout. I've continued training with these for long rides, runs, and climbs ever since. The natural agave+chocolate combo is fantastic.

        I put this on a honey wheat sandwich thin with some fat free fruit spread... a cup of skim milk. Delicious breakfast. Had my best time ever for my run today. Absolutely love this stuff! Went back and bought all they had on shelf.

          I got one to try just being curious since I never had this one before. I usually have energy gel before run so I'm used to all kinds of energy gels. This one was too rich for my taste, even my daughter who's a chocolate addict didn't ask for more when she tried it. Chocolate is not bad, not so good if you want something to go down easy.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
