Comments about Sugoi Wallaroo 290 Bike Jersey - Men's - 2010 Overstock:

This is the softest jersey I have ever owned. (I also got the long sleeve version.) The weight of this fabric is a little more than the Smartwool mid-weight. I use this jersy for layering with Smartwool longsleeve micro-weight crew to give me more insulation on my core in the morning, under a wind shell. On the commute home I wear just this jersey. The cut is roomy enough so that as an over layer it does not bind but is still close enough that I don't have wrinkles. I like the short zipper and the ribbed collar that limit heat loss.

The lack of large pockets in the back is a plus for me, because on the commute I never use the triple pockets and this little pocket never creates hotspots under my bag like the triple pockets can.

So on a 40 degree ride in to work, nice insulation, and the 70/80 degree ride home, cool and soft.

I love this jersey!

Good if you don't like a skin tight jersey and like a more casual fit. The Wool is very comfortable and properties are what you would expect from merino wool. But it has one major flaw as a cycling jersey, the lack of rear pockets. It only has one small side zippered pocket. Also the front zipper is very short only goes down a few inches.
