The build quality of this stroller is simply unacceptable. The black tip of the front fork is made out of plastic and it is already misaligned right out of the box.
The harness is not padded.

I agree that the front fork is misaligned, needs significant force to get the front wheel to screw in. Was sad to see Made in China...it's hard to equate REI, known for quality products, and China, [*]. Also, you need your own tools to assemble, the c rap they give you is the bear minimum and a real pain. You need your standard #6 Allen Wrench and a 3/8 hex wrench or crescent. I also like the warning that this is not for use with small children...what the heck else am I going to use it for, my dog? She'd love it! Main reason for return is that it won't fit in the trunk of our sedans. You can take the front wheel off and jam it in, but it is not easy to bend that fork everytime to get the "quick" release on. Bottom line, REI has better strollers and like everything else you get what you pay for. This was under a Benji with the 20% off, but not worth it. Like I said, going back tonight!
