    This is an alright knife. It should not be your primary knife, but something you keep in your survival kit for when you need it. The whistle is pretty good. The light isn't overly special. It will come in handy if you have no other lights. The blade is small and not the strongest but you should hopefully have a stronger knife with you unless you lost all your gear. For the price it is a good thing to toss into your survival kit just in case. If it is able to save your life and then break don't you think you have gotten your moneys worth?

        Keep shopping! The first time I used this knife the blade became loose and it now wobbles back and forth....complete garbage! A cheaply made product that now serves as a letter opener!

        This versatile, compact and convenient product lacks durability. When I actually had to use it in a survival situation the knife blade bent within a few uses and the flashlight on/off switch had been inadvertently depressed while in my pack, draining the battery before I could use it.

          I'm always trying to reduce my backpacking weight. I looked at this "tiny" knife and didn't take it too seriously, with it being as small as it was. The backup flashlight and bright color attracted me to it. Went ahead and purchased it. Very pleased that I did. There is a clip on it where I can attach it to my backpack shoulder strap for immediate access. After usage, whoever sharpened this blade must have worked for samurai sword craftsmen! I'm currently at the point where I don't even bother taking my sheathed knife with me anymore.

          the blade is short, but good and SHARP, has a good clip to attach to your gear, the whistle isn't very loud, but any whistle is better than none at all, and it's not seperate item to get lost.the light is bright for it's size, but then I'm hoping it's not the only light you have in your kit--it's more of a handy light to help you find your PRIMARY flashlight, than your 1 and only light, tho in a pinch you could get by with it. All in all a good product, I'll be buyin more for the glovebox of each of my vehicles and as E-kit items for the family.
