Comments about Delta Cycle Quick Bike Bag - Special Buy:
Judging by the website description I thought the rip and stick tabs would allow the bag to be attached to any rack. But there's just no way to fasten the plastic seats to a rack such as mine that consists of just rails. This bag is clearly designed to be used with Delta racks. The tag on the bag says as much. Too bad because the bag itself looks solid. It's going back today.

Comments about Delta Cycle Quick Bike Bag - Special Buy:
It's just the right size to keep a few things and still have room left over for additional items. The quick release and shoulder strap are great when it's time to park the bike and head out shopping or hiking. With its one main central compartment and two side compartments organizing gear is easy.
I've overstuffed it and it holds up well. Works great with panniers.
A great bag at an excellent price.

Comments about Delta Cycle Quick Bike Bag - Special Buy:
[...] For the price, it's a great basic bag and will easily hold a lunch, a jacket and a basic bike kit for a long ride or commute, but it's not perfect. Basically this bag is a small, top loading horseshoe duffel with two side pockets. It has a piece of flexible plastic on the bottom that gives it form. No padding, no zipper guards, on extra pockets inside, etc. Basic is the operative word here. The welcro "pad" and quick release buckle look odd at first but once installed it has a practical ease. Just un-clip the QR buckles and pull up from the velcro and it's off your bike. No un-doing 4 velcro straps under the rack. The only easier system is the Topeak systems...but that's much pricier. There's a shoulder strap that fits the anchoring buckles on the bag when not on the bike. I have mixed feelings on this - has a fiddle factor but very handy. About the installation. I have an old beat-up rear pannier rack. I had to drill two more holes in the back. The front set-up lined up close enough but not the back...so had to drill. The drilling was no biggie however if I had an expensive rack I'd think twice about it and thus this bag. If you don't care about the rack, the holes line up or is an easy fix, then it could be a good choice. My feeling is if I get 4 years use from a weekly ride plus commuting a few days a week, I'll be happy. Anything more then that better get something sturdier.p.s. you can fit a tiny dog in it and with two zippers it's secure.

Comments about Delta Cycle Quick Bike Bag - Special Buy:
The velcro like system of attachment requires two plastic rectangles to be bolted to the rack. Even though the nuts/bolts are included, the issue I found is that the hole in rectangles did not line up or match any of my three different rear racks. Perhaps I could drilled holes in the rack and removed the rack's rear reflector and changed around the seat post mounting system but that still may not have allowed snug installation. If you happen to have a rear rack that meshes with this bag's installation system - then you are golden, otherwise - lot of head scratching until you return it.
on another note, i found the main compartment zipper to be a little lightweight for the u-style design therefore unzipping and zipping were a touch more time consuming than normal.
