These women's Novara Bonita double-layer mountain bike shorts withstand trail abuse, and their stretch-mesh liner and built-in chamois ensure comfort.
- Sturdy, 2-way stretch outer shorts move with you while enduring heavy use and resisting abrasion; wicking finish disperses moisture for fast drying
- Moisture-wicking polyester stretch-mesh liner shorts allow ample ventilation and have a women-specific, Novara Mountain chamois that conforms to body contours
- Chamois features a top layer of breathable foam, a middle layer of springy air-mesh and a bottom layer of thin, resilient foam to enhance comfort in the saddle
- Microfiber cover wicks moisture away
- Silicone grippers keep liner shorts' hems in place
- Twin hand pockets and 2 concealed zippered thigh pockets provide storage options; zippered thigh pockets double as vents when left open/unzipped
- Snap-closure waistband has a zipper fly; 2 rear rip-and-stick webbing tabs let you dial in the fit

I use these shorts for rides up to 15 miles. Prior to these shorts I was really feeling my seat. I love them and may even have to get them in Brown. Very comfortable and makes my rides much more comfortable!

I am 63 years old and do not care for the traditional tight biking shorts but love my new Novara Bonita Double Bike Shorts. They have great padding, they are very stretchy, great for long bike rides (40 plus K)and wash well. They are a little big around the waist but do have tabs that adjust. I would also have liked deeper front pockets

I LOVE these shorts! I wish they made them with other outer shell colors! I now have TWO pairs.
The ONLY thing that would make them better, as another reviewer said, is to have a snap in liner instead of the permanent loops.
The chamois is very comfy, the outer shell is really stretchy so they don't get tight (like the Mia Gel shorts) when you are bent over the bars.

Love these shorts - great fit, ridiculously comfy - they've passed the 50 mile test. Pretty decent chamois in the under shorts, which can be easily separated from the outer shorts by snipping the little ribbons. I think this is the intention of the manufacturer. Sometimes I use the padded under shorts with a skirt for casual rides. Use the outer shorts without the liner for other activities (kayak, canoe - they dry fast!) Nice zippered pockets on the legs.

Bought my first pair about a month ago. Was uncomfortable wearing the regular spandex ones and these looked nice. The fit was great and also has velcro tabs on the waist to tighten more if needed. Material stretches nicely. Legs do not ride up during ride which was nice. Padding perfect, not sore after my 30 mile ride. Bought my second pair last week. They look nice without the diaper look. Stylish and could be worn for ragular activities since padding doesn't show. Easy to launder. Would buy these again in a heartbeat.
