Inexpensive, lightweight rain pants. No zippers, but elastic cuffs were stretchy enough to slip on over boots when my AMC group got caught in a rain/hail storm in the White Mountains. Got them 1 size larger than I normally wear and that worked just fine. Pretty basic product, but did their job of keeping me dry, although they don't breath much at all, so took them off once we started hiking again.
