Comments about Seirus Hot Ratz Boot Dryers - Pair:
As a ski instructor, I wear my boots 4 days a week. I set up a 7-day timer in my locker; at theend of each day, I put the driers in my boots and plug them in. The timer automatically turns them on for 4 hours after I leave, and then turns them back on for 2 hours before I'm scheduled to come in again. I come in to nice, warm boots each day.

Comments about Seirus Hot Ratz Boot Dryers - Pair:
I got these last fall and they've seen a lot of use in the past year and are still working fine. Not sure why the previous reviews had such problems. We've used ours for drying hiking boots, cycling shoes and tennis shoes. They're too small to be uber-effective in ski boots though. They don't do much for warmth but are great after long rides, runs or hikes in the rain. Shoes are dry and ready to go the next morning!

Comments about Seirus Hot Ratz Boot Dryers - Pair:
I used this for a month this winter. I returned one pair when the first started making grinding sounds and then stopped working. 3 weeks later the second pair started making grinding sounds and I returned them for good. Don't buy these.

This unit quit working after 6 uses. It only minimally warms ski boots.
