My 3 year old loves them and they do float her better than just snow boots. Overall, these are neat and allow her to come along with her older siblings on shorter/easier trips. Their grip is suspect on ice or crunchy terrain though.

My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves these snowshoes! She started walking with them on right away, no problems. After a week with them, she won't play in the snow without them.

The straps fit her boots snugly. My only complaint is that there isn't an easy release to be able to keep the same strap adjustment from use to use.
