I absolutely love these Salomons and will continue to buy this brand from now on. They have nice feel through the arch, the toe box is just roomy enough, and the heel hugs just right. I used to fit people for shoes, and a lot of women need this type of fit - it's hard to find. I only wear them hiking, so I cannot offer a review for trail running.

Buy a half size up, not a full size. They run a bit large. Also, this pair in particular is vented. So, if you are walking in sand or dirt, your socks WILL get dirty! Still a great shoe.
