Comments about Novara Headwind Bike Gloves - Women's:
I wanted some gloves for winter in the Bay Area with full fingers. I ride my bike as transport instead of a car so that means all kinds of weather. I don't ride in downpours so full waterproof gloves weren't necessary and I wanted something with very little bulk. Now the sizing on these is an issue as noted in previous reviews. However, I have fairly short fingers so I gave the size small a try. The wrist is very tight when first trying them on but I have had gloves that fit fine stretch to be too big, so I gave it a little time. By the 4th attempt to put them on, they had given enough to assure me they would be fine with use. The fingers were the right length, the only tightness was between the thumb and index finger, another area that tends to stretch. So, if you have small hands (knuckle circumference no more than 7") and want some slim profile gloves, I recommend these. On the bike it almost feels as if they aren't there, in a good way. Just be willing to give it some time to stretch out.

I have small hands--ordered a M, and I can't even get my hand in the glove. Disappointed.

Comments about Novara Headwind Bike Gloves - Women's:
I've been using these for 2 years and they have held up well even with several machine washings (line dry). I have a size large and they fit perfectly. They have kept my hands warm in temps from 20's to 50's degrees F.

Comments about Novara Headwind Bike Gloves - Women's:
I bike commute about 20 miles a day. I was looking forward to having a pair of sleek, wind blocking gloves. But my hands consistently freeze in these gloves, even in 40+ degree weather. But if I wear them when the temperature gets over 50 degrees, my hands sweat. I found a pair of $5 fleece mittens on sale at my pharmacy that do a much better job.
