The watch band itself is durable, but the leather connecting the band to the watch and the clasp as well as the thread used to attach the leather to the band is of very poor quality. I've used this product for more than 10 years and have to replace the band at least once per year. Love the Victorinox watch but not the band. Cost is too high and often difficult to find the product. REI or vendor should find a better replacement band!

    Almost identical to the one at the mall that was 1/3 price. Looks cheap, leather durable but inflexible, has swiss army stamp on back(woohoo). I kept it out of laziness, but will know better next time.
