Comments about Native Eyewear Hardtop XP Polarized Sunglasses - Special Buy:
I love these glasses. Lenses are great and the coverage is excellent. The "gator-lok" temple design is lousy. I have had three pairs (kept trying) where the attachment point for the temple cracks. They did honor the warranty and replaced the temple quickly when I sent it back and I had the receipts, but the design is a ticking time bomb.

I use these glasses for everything outdoors. I take the following precautions with them, though.-put a neck keeper on them/prevent them from dropping to ground as much as possible.-scotch tape extra lens pockets tops in case or extra lenses will fall out regularly and eventually scratch-Wait for late winter sale to buy. $125+ for sunglasses? Get 'em for no more than $80 or less.-Keep these on your head or in the case. Otherwise the lenses are prone to scratching. Treat as if prescription glasses.Would not recommend for sandy environments due scratchability. I do wish the replacement lenses weren't as expensive as the whole apparatus on sale.Do the above and you will have a pair of great-looking, comfortable glasses you can sweat in. XP ad regular Hardtop lenses are interchangeable

Comments about Native Eyewear Hardtop XP Polarized Sunglasses - Special Buy:
Great shades. The polarization on the brown lenses is very effective. They fit my average-sized face very comfortably and provide exceptional protection and coverage. Although I tried on a pair of the standard Hardtop sunglasses and they fit well, the lenses are just too small for my face. I'm quite picky about my shades but I'm very happy with these.

I have 3 pairs of Natives. Like them all but this pair I had the polarized coating wear off.

Yeah, I love these glasses. Light, comfortable, broad coverage, and a good fit for my medium-sized face. At first I was worried about the tint, which might be the slightest bit light, but they've proved themselves again and again.
They've survived fairly rough use with me guiding in destinations from New Zealand to Iceland to Switzerland, but I like them as well for cycling and hanging around Austin, without hinge or other problems.

Comments about Native Eyewear Hardtop XP Polarized Sunglasses - Special Buy:
These are great glasses. I have had two pairs for several years now. Finally had to replace the lenses after 2 years of use on one of them. The design is comfortable, provides good wind protection (used for mountain biking) and seems very durable. The lenses are clear with great polarization. And the extra amber lenses have come in handy for mountain biking.
