    Comments about MSR PackTowl Original X Large Towel - 50" x 27":

    It is not a fluffy cotton towel experience. It works like a shammy, so it soaks up the water quickly and there is still enough absorbency that I can use it as a head wrap. I have very long hair and it handles both jobs well after a shower or swim. Best of all, it dries me quickly and well. No waiting to air dry before dressing. Also, there is no mildew smell to worry during the rainy season. I am very active and cycle and/or swim daily and with two towels, I always have a dry one ready to use all year round. Don't know why I waited so long to get these. After six months I packed away my cotton towel for good and I do not miss them!
