Comments about Sunlite Top Loader 4 Insulated Rack Bag - '09 Overstock:
I was sad this piece did not hold up at all. It had great storage space and yet had a fairly small footprint. After a couple months of use, the shape started distorting and collapsing. Also, after storing a white shirt inside, it somehow got stained from a rainy bike ride. Ended up getting a Toe Peak bag, so much better and rigid.

Comments about Sunlite Top Loader 4 Insulated Rack Bag - '09 Overstock:
This bag was smushed by the end of my first season using it. I also found the insulation to be bulky and awkward, almost too much material.

Comments about Sunlite Top Loader 4 Insulated Rack Bag - '09 Overstock:
I have a different year, but they look pretty similar. I have this mounted on the rear rack of my touring bike almost full-time. As a year-round commuter, I am probably a bit harder on my gear than most. As a previous reviewer noted, however, this bag tends to deform. It works well if you use panniers in addition to this bag, as they offer some support. However, this is so large that I often ride without panniers, which introduces sway if I climb out of the saddle.
Overall, I would say that I have gotten my money's worth out of it (well, it was a birthday present, so it wasn't my money), but there are better trunks with similar volume at only a slightly higher price point.
