Heart rate functions include heart rate, maximum heart rate, average heart rate and upper/lower heart rate limit with visible alarm
You get accurate power (watt) readings when you are using it with a Kinetic Trainer; all other functions are accurate on and off the trainer

This is an outstanding computer for the price point! The power readout is very accurate and almost deadon with my other power meter (SRM). Im also impressed by the amount of additional features.

Overall this computer is a good value. It works as advertized but it is a bit difficult to setup and the menus are not intuitive. Unfortunately I will be returning it since the speed sensor wireless does not work when my planet bike light is on. I am not really interested in finding out what other electronics the speed sensor may have trouble with.

never could get this to work correctly - got cadence and heart monitor to work fine but never speed. even got some new parts from kinetic customer service - still nada. returned for refund. i do like the kinetic liquid trainer that i had purchased previously.
