This product is utterly terrible. Perhaps I just got a defective set of keys, but I think this unlikely. To try it out, I stuck in the key, turned, and "POP" - the key broke off inside the lock. I hadn't even put the thing on my bike yet and it was broken! Unbelievable. OnGuard is going to get a piece of my mind. Don't buy this product unless you're looking to burn some money - even that would be more satisfying!

I've been using this lock for over a year. The lock and key work well, but the mounting bracket failed after a short time. The manufacturer replaced the bracket with an updated version, and I've experienced no further problems.
