  • Piezo-electric ignition system reliably produces a flame in nearly any weather; Firestorm lighter can be used in up to 80 mph winds
  • Piezo system will provide more than 30,000 ignitions
  • Refillable lighter operates on premium butane fuel (sold separately); lighter does not come prefilled
  • Waterproof construction features a lid and O-ring to seal out moisture
  • Lighter must be stored above freezing in order to operate; keeping the Firestorm warm in a pocket will enable you to use the lighter in extreme cold as low as -40°F
  • Flame adjuster under the bottom screw cap lets you adjust for altitude

No fire from Firestorm

      Comments about Brunton Firestorm Stormproof Lighter:

      This thing worked great at sea level in Houston. However, when I got to Colorado at 11,2 and then the next night at 12,0 it flat wouldn't light. It had plenty of fuel and I kept it warm like the directions said, but still no flame. Luckily I had a bic along with me! I love my Brunton stove so I really expected better from them.
