Of all the quick and easy meals I've taken with me into the backcountry, none have been nearly as delicious, simple to prepare and easily disposable as the Mary Jane's Farm meals, specifically, the Tex Mex Beef Casserole. My wife prefers the Organic Alfredo Pasta, but after a long, tiresome day on the trail, my body's muscles need to rebuild with the added protein from the meat in the Tex Mex Beef Casserole. Just add boiling water, stir, let sit for 10 minutes and eat directly out of the pouch. Once you've finished the meal, you don't even have to pack up the empty packet to carry out...it's totally safe to throw in the fire! So flavorful, quick and filling, no other meal satisfies me at camp like this one. Go get your own now!
