Comments about Wilderness Systems Pungo 100 Kayak with Dashboard:

We planned to buy two of these, one for me and one for my wife. After setting in one at the store, we only bought one and it was for my wife. I am 6'-1" and this was just a little small for me (I ended up with a Dagger Blackwater 120). The size is great for my 5'-5" wife. She loves the dashboard, great place for the water bottle and other small items you want close by (I have a little dashboard envy)! She sets the dashboard in front of the cockpit when entering and exiting and then sets it in place and secures it. The hatch latches are great and much nicer than having to deal with the cover on my hatch (stretch cover). We are looking forward to many years of service from this kayak. The only drawback is the weight for such a small boat. BTW - the dashboard can be purchased from Wilderness Systems for around $70 - I am thinking.....
