I just picked these up today because I went on a quick 7 mi. hike with my pooch and a buddy. The weather was so killer today here in San Jose, CA, you can't help but to get out of the house! The glasses are comfortable and seemed to block any sun from shining past them, when worn. The glasses are pretty basic, but definitely do the trick. I tend to lose or break my sunglasses, so [$]for a pair isn't bad at all. Hopefully they last for a bit...

I was so excited to find these at the REI store--they were the closest to my regular sunglasses, and I couldn't believe the difference of polarized glasses. Just driving home, I could already see everything more clearly, and the glare was completely gone. I chose brown because I liked the look of them, though I might need to get a pair of the black ones for sunnier days. I'll trust that they're durable enough for me to wear around, though I know some reviewers noted durability issues with other Chili's polarized sunglasses.
