  • Inner surface is finished with an electrolyte charge and dolomitic sand blasting; finish is completely BPA free

      Got this for the kids, but it repeatedly leaked. Thought it was them, but tested it multiple times in casual use, one time it didn't even leave my bag and the valve still came out. Great size, but needs redesign on the inner plastic valve. This was the first item we've returned to REI.

            Depending n the age that this bottle is for...my daughter-4yrs old broke the thing that makes the spout go up and down. She was messing around with it, and twisted-it broke. My son-3yrs old likes to push the teeny tiny stopper into the bottle, hence it leaks everywhere. I would recommend a bottle with less 'fancies'. keep it simple for the children. Also, i had to really beware of not lossing the teeny, tiny rubber thing!

              I've given this water bottle 3 chances now after returning 2 of them previously for the same problem....Gee,wonder what that was ? Could it be there is a real problem with the breather valve design. Does it fall out 70% of the time I clean it ? Have I come close to losing the valve ??? YES to all the above. Please ! Don't buy one of these bottles ! It's really too bad, the bottle itself is great, now if the designer can just make a simple working top & mouth piece!

              i bought this for my daughter. She used it one time. The valve for the lid fell out and water just spilled right out of the lid. do not waste your money!!!

                  There is a small silicone stopper for plugging the air hole in the lid that falls out easily. I nearly lost it down the drain when I was washing it for use.

                  The first time the bottle was used, it fell off a table, and the post for sealing the spout broke off.
