  • Configure the child carrier to fit your activities: chassis works as a bike trailer, stroller, jogger, cross-country ski trailer and hiker; conversion kits sold separately
  • Please note: The CX 1 Chassis requires the separate purchase of at least one CTS conversion kit for initial functionality

  • Chariot Adjustable Suspension (CAS™) adjusts easily for a smooth, shock-absorbent ride; newly designed front frame provides extra leg room and low step-in height
  • Child compartment features removable ultra-padded fleece-lined seat, 5-point seatbelt system and deluxe padded shoulder harness
  • Padded and fleece-covered helmet space enchances child's comfort

    Comments about Chariot Carriers CX 1 Stroller / Trailer Chassis - 2009:

    We bought the Chariot CX 1 as a trailer, but now we use all of it's features. It is expensive, and buying the components can be painful. As a trailer it is top of the line; as a stroller it is large; but maneuverable; as a jogger it is long but stable. If i could make a recommendation to the manufacturer it would be to make the harness a little more robust and comfortable. Used with the infant hammock the harness is not ergonomic and too short. We like the protection it offers from the elements, and we're pleased with the ventilation. Overall a must have if you love to bike and have small children.
