        This is a great bag - well-constructed, lightweight, easy to wear and very stylish. I love the little light inside. One big caveat: the description does NOT mention that there is a rather powerful magnet in the handle. I avoid bags with magnets like the plague as they sometimes destroy the magnetic strips on cards like credit cards. I don't know if it's just coincidence, but I had to replace my gym card right after I started using this bag and now I never put my bank cards in it. That's the only downside!

        Excellent bag that is very comfortable to carry for it's capacity. I am able to pack it with all the stuff I need for long days of study, gym and work, can fit my laptop if I want (although doesn't have a specific spot for it). Alternatively could fit a textbook and notebook and other bits and pieces, and it's still comfortable. Has clips to attach keys/wallet to and zippered pouches but the light never worked. Excellent quality construction. Good for cycling with but I wouldn't use it hiking.

          Great bag! I use this for my DSLR equipment because the camera bags that fit a lot of equipments are very large and I am pretty petite. I put my lenses in their cases and put everything in here. It's pretty think body so I don't have to worry about breaking my equipment.
          has a lot of pockets which are very handy.
          The light works perfectly fine and it's very helpful when it's dark.
          It's pretty light weighed too, in compare to other camera bags so I don't have to carry extra weigh of the bag.

          Love this bag's pockets. Internal zip pocket is great for storing a wallet. Would like to see an organizer of some sort in the external pocket (something to hold pens and the like), rather than a plain zipper pocket. I love the pockets on either side of the strap - great for stuffing a phone or iPod out of sight but within easy reach. Also an excellent place to store a water bottle.

          My main complaint with this bag is that when the bag gets heavy, the strap digs into my shoulder. The bag is a bit large too. I was expecting a smaller bag that would be more appropriate to use as an everyday purse.

          Service and delivery comments:

          Initially I was sent the wrong item, so I had to work with customer service to return that item and get my bag. Once I called customer service about the snafu, the bag arrived quickly and in good condition.

          REI Outlet customer service has been very helpful. The internal light does not work in my bag. REI Outlet replaced the bag including all shipping for free, but the new bag doesn't have a working light either. I contacted Keen customer service, and they said they'd send a new light my way.
