    Okay, after seeing all the great reviews, I must be doing something wrong. I can't figure out how to attach this. The velcro straps are at the bottom, so if I attach them to my handlebars, the bag will hang upside down. A diagram on either the website or w/ the bag would have been helpful. It's probably a simple solution, but so far, I haven't figured it out.
