Comments about Zoot Race Day Belt - Unisex:
This bib belt works fine. I had another brand and it snapped, the number bib would be tight, I like that this one is not snugged. Good product, will use it all summer long for Duathlons and Sprint Tris and 5k runs. Happy with the porduct.

Comments about Zoot Race Day Belt - Unisex:
Convenient to hang race number instead if pinning it to trisuit. But fit it well ahead of time to keep it from sagging. Number will flap around so some care is needed to make it fit just right.

Comments about Zoot Race Day Belt - Unisex:
Today's race #'s have holes on 7" spaced and this is designed for those at 10"...The last 3 races I've used this belt have had one of the holes tear out. It happened in a Tri and was distracting, at best. So, I wouldn't recommend this belt and I'm taking mine back to REI. I've asked the folks at Zoot to comment on FB.

Comments about Zoot Race Day Belt - Unisex:
You would think that a simple product like a race belt would be easy to design...wrong. I have very recently started doing Triathlons, and so, on one hand, I was excited to find this belt in pink. On the other hand, there are two major problems with this belt that make it not worth the fun girly color and its affordable price.
1) The toggles to attach your bib number are too far apart; therefore you either have wear the belt bunched up in the back in order to hold your number close to the belt, or you have to loosen the toggles to avoid the bunching. However, than the bib hangs loosely away from the body and catches a lot of air on the bike and flaps noisily and on the run hangs down and hits you in the upper thighs. I had a friend tell me to wear it on your hip and avoid the floppiness. However, I tired that, and the toggles tend to hit you in your arms as you run.
2) The plastic piece that allows you to adjust your belt to you size falls off the end of the actual elastic belt and that clip that holds it around your waist. My hubby had this happen in transition not too long ago (he has the black Zoot race belt), and he ended up wasting 90+ seconds fixing his belt...vital time in a tri. Because I had learned from him, I put a safety pin through the end to fix it, but now it is difficult to adjust. I had another friend who had the same belt, and during her run in the tri, her whole belt actually came off, and she had to turn around through the crowd of running tri-athletes to find her number.
Overall, this is not a good product.
