Comments about Mountain Hardwear Habitat 5 Tent:
Went with this item based on a positive history with Mountain Hardware tents. It has a large floor plan and plenty of storage that would fit my expanding families car camping/base camp needs until the kids are old enough to take to the trail. Turns out you should be about 6'2" to hook the poles into the top clip, a two person build-up. The final product isn't very sturdy and blows around in even a light wind. The rain fly looks sufficient for storms, but when not under bad weather, expect a tent that blows around like a sail. I'm dissapointed I couldn't grab and go based on name recognition, I'll be visiting the REI return counter later today.
