Third or fourth pair I have purchased. Very comfortable, perfect for any use. I have several high end sunglasses in my inventory, and these Peppers have been my "go to" sunglasses for several years.

I was looking at more expensive options for polarized sun glasses because I was tired of buying cheap ones that always broke. I saw these in the store and thought I would give it a try one last time. They have been awesome. The side pads keep them tight to my face but not too tight. They are comfortable, high quality and do a great job of protecting my eyes. I would highly recommend these for anyone that wants great glasses on a budget!

The glasses fold such that the lens is against the plastic piece that goes over your ear. It only took putting the glasses in a otherwise empty pocket once after it got dark on a hiking trip and my lenses are all scratched up. I think they need a slight design change to prevent this.

The picture is incorrect, it shows the Black/Yellow glasses, yet REI is selling the Grey/Brown version. This should be fixed on the website.

I own both the silver/brown and black/yellow. I prefer the black frames with yellow tint lenses, but I can't find these any longer.

Aside from the misleading picture, do I like these? Yes, I have 3 pairs.

Note: the polarization is funky - I think each eye has a different angle of polarization, which can make viewing some LCD screens difficult (e.g. on your smartphone) at certain rotations.

I am a professional in the outdoor industry guiding people kayaking, canoeing, climbing, hiking, backpacking, etc... I came across these glasses in the CO REI while looking for a better replacement to my other glasses. These glasses are so lite and wrap around your eyes keeping out light from the sides. Especially good for on the water. The only thing I would change is making them a bit more scratch resistant. Other than that they have been awesome glasses. Going to buy another pair or two.

I hike, backpack, bike, and canoe/kayak. I have spent hours trying on glasses that I just didn't like and wasn't going to pay the price for another new pair of Oakley's or RayBan's that I have owned in the past. I can't believe I bought these without trying them on, but for the price I thought it was worth a shot. I am VERY impressed with everything about these glasses! Lightweight, clear lens, perfect fit, and they look good to boot. Do yourself a favor and get a pair!

I bought these having just lost a pair of expensive sunglasses. I thought, "Well, I'm done getting expensive sunglasses. I'll just get a couple pairs of these and suffer the downgrade". Now I wouldn't trade these for the pair I lost. Super comfortable, ran a 10-miler in them and it felt like they weren't even there. Great in the glare department too.
