I like to take one or two of these minis on longer bike rides. The small size makes them ideal for when you need a little somethin-somethin but a full size Clif is too much. Plus if you take 2 you've got a couple of different flavors.

Only drawback is that the tough packaging (which keeps them from getting ripped open stuffed in your seat bag) is kind of tough to open while riding. Not a big deal, though.

I first got these because they were the perfect size for my kids to eat, ages 3-15. They like all the flavors. The regualar size bars were too much for them to eat. They eat them as a snack after school. I like that they are quick, easy and mess free for eating in the car. I also pack them in each of their bags when traveling or on outings. Plus they are great for me, since I watch what I eat.

Love these 100 calorie Clif Bars! It's a great alternative to all of 200-250 calorie energy bars that are out there. Bonus: Clif Bars also taste great unlike some other brands. Great with a yogurt for afternoon snack or throw in your lunch.
