Comments about The North Face Grace Rain Jacket - Women's:
I was really looking forward to wearing this jacket, but ended up pretty disappointed. When it comes down to it, it just didn't keep me dry. I wore it in a pretty good Seattle rain last week and I immediately felt damp. Also, the lining in the jacket is not very breathable (confirmed by a helpful REI salesperson when I took it back) which I'm sure contributed. The jacket is very stylish, but if you are also using it also for rainwear make sure to bring a good umbrella.

Comments about The North Face Grace Rain Jacket - Women's:
This jacket looks great and stylish. I get compliments whenever I wear it, but sadly, I stopped wearing it b/c the hood is useless to me. I purchased a nice rain jacket so that I will not need an umbrella on quick errand runs, etc... Living in Los Angeles, all I needed was to stay dry from my car to a warm building. But the hood on this jacket is terrible. It's not big enough, keeps falling off and does not cover enough to keep dry. What's the use if I always have to use an umbrella with a rain jacket??

Comments about The North Face Grace Rain Jacket - Women's:
Great material, color and lining - very well made rain jacket. Like the belt to make it more figure fitting, however arms are excessively long. Notice the model in the picture seems pretty talk with long arms. I'm average height 5'8" and I'll need to have the arms tailored in order to wear without rolling up the sleeves.

Comments about The North Face Grace Rain Jacket - Women's:
This is lightweight, fitted to be flattering but still enough room to wear some layers underneath in cold weather. Definitely the best combination of most flattering and functional that I've seen in any rain jacket, and I've looked at EVERYTHING! The belt is key, because even other jackets that are "shaped" are too big in the body for my taste. It never fails to keep me dry and looking fabulous. I really like the long sleeves, and that the sleeves have a slight bell and no elastic. It is a special and unique touch. Crazy expensive, but I do think it's worth it. It would be nice to see it some more unique colors.

I've been looking for the perfect raincoat and this is it. It looks great over a suit or even with rubber boots and sweats. More importantly it stows easily and keeps you dry without an umbrella. Thin shell keeps you cool for the summer rain but is a great windbreaker too. Definitely recommend it.

Comments about The North Face Grace Rain Jacket - Women's:
At my daughters soccer game, I was the only one still dry! The length is a big plus. When it's not cold and you don't want a big heavy coat on, this is perfect to keep you dry. Plus it's cute and every time I wear it, I get several compliments!

Comments about The North Face Grace Rain Jacket - Women's:
This jacket fits well and looks great on most people but I do not recommend it for moderate to heavy rain. It is fine in light rain and protects from the wind fairly well. Wearing the jacket in heavier rain causes the water to seep in through the seams and also soaks through the material itself. It is not very durable, the first season it is works fairly well, but it will need replacing by the second season.
