Comments about High Sierra Wave Hydration Pack - 70 oz. - Special Buy:
The only thing i did not like about my Hydration Pack is the drinking part, i had to replace it with a different brand of drinking ends, because it was hard to pull out and drink from.

Comments about High Sierra Wave Hydration Pack - 70 oz. - Special Buy:
Bought this for my son as a Christmas gift. He used it for the first time and within 10 minutes it had leaked from the bite valve all down his side and leg and soaked his clothes. Appears that you have to lock the bite valve between every drink, and even that may not work 100%. Spend the extra money for a nicer hydration pack, or get a good daypack that holds a separate hydration bladder. Don't waste your time or money on this one...

Comments about High Sierra Wave Hydration Pack - 70 oz. - Special Buy:
No cover for the valve so sanitation is sacrificed. The valve flow is not good. It needs to be refilled within the pack which makes it a challenge. The lid won't fit through the whole, so you can fill the bladder and THEN put it in the backpack. This also makes it a pain to empty the bladder. I thought I would give another hydration company a try and it paled in comparison to the 2 camelbaks I already own. Camelbaks are worth the money.

Comments about High Sierra Wave Hydration Pack - 70 oz. - Special Buy:
I've only used this pack 5-6 times at the most and already 2 things had to be replaced by the manufacturer. I found a tiny leak the first time I filled the bladder. Also the plastic cover for the bladder cracked. Very poor construction overall. I was also disappointed that it did not have a chest strap. The pack is only good for short hikes or bike rides. There is not much storage space to stash extra layers or food.

Comments about High Sierra Wave Hydration Pack - 70 oz. - Special Buy:
Had one of these hydration bladders for less that a year and it failed utterly. One of the seams split and that was the end of it. When I rely on my gear in the back country it needs to last. Would never trust my hydration to this bladder on a week backpacking trip. Save the cash and buy a camelbak, you can drive over those with a truck!! Literally look it up!

This pack was cheap always a bonus. After a year of day hikes it failed utterly. Would not trust this thing as my only source on a long back pack trip. Have you seen the video of a truck driving over a full camel bak? They are indestructible save your cash and buy something worth your hard earned clams.

Comments about High Sierra Wave Hydration Pack - 70 oz. - Special Buy:
I bought so that I didn't have to keep pack under my jacket to keep from freezing while skiing. This "insulated" pack with valve still froze at bite valve and within tube. Solution: I have to remember to "blow" water back in bladder after drinking.
