Awesome to throw in the pocket, the survival kit, or in the backpack. While I don't use this as my primary day-hike knife, it is my prefered choice for long trips. A perfect combo knife (LED light, whistle, and firestaster stick). The only CONS is that sometimes it doesn't lock open steadily, but that's not a big deal.

this knife is awesome!!!!!:} It comes very sharp but the only bad part is if you get the flashlight wet is dose not work at all. Other then that it is a great knife.I recomend that you get this for some one that loves knives and takes good care of them

I got this knife after snapping the tip off of too many multi tools. Ultimately I was looking for a tool that provides some of the basic functions that I need for the back country and this fit the bill nicely. The blade is a good size fairly strong blade for the cost. It does dull fairly fast, but it's easy to sharpen - I've even used it as a can opener with no problems.
My only issue with the knife is that the flashlight can be a little finicky to turn on.

This is the best pocket knife I have ever owned. Having the flint w/light makes it an asset to have on your person at all times. You never know when you will get lost so fire starting capabilities always on me is a huge comfort. I even stuff a little bit of cotton in with the flint stone to ensure I can always get a flame quickly. I baught 3 of these knives for when I lose one I never have to be without.

I have several of Tool Logics products...I brought this knife because it had a beefer knife blade than it previous model. Love the knife except for the LED light which I feel can be greatly improved upon. Light isn't very bright and the batteries run down too fast. You are better off getting a separate LED flashlight or headlamp. Besides that this knife will serve you well.

It is an extremely sharp knife with smooth action, easy to open with one hand. It combines four needed tools for serious camping: knife, whistle, flashlight and magnesium stick. I was curious if it would fit my small hand, however it is very comfortable.
I wish there was a different battery set for the flashlight. You don't drop into the grocery store to pick up LR41 392 batteries. They are inexpensive on the web.
