Comments about Tubus Cargo 26'' Bike Rack:
This is a great rack. I've used a lot of different racks and this has got to be the stiffest. The lateral bracing (if viewed from behind the middle stay makes an upside down V) really reduces side-to-side movement. I also like the fact that it's tubular steel instead of aluminum. Racks undergo a lot of pounding and steel can hold up to that better than aluminum. Very clean design. Although not the longest rack out there. I got an Old Man Mountain for my Stumpjumper because I needed something longer (short chainstays) and I don't have rack eyelets on that bike. The OMM works well, but it's not as stiff as the Tubus. When my wife and I spent 6 months biking cross-country on our tandem, we took the Tubus and I couldn't be happier with it.

Comments about Tubus Cargo 26'' Bike Rack:
Steel is real.. buy this rack and it'll last a long long time no matter how you abuse it. The Tubus warranty is also very nice and should offer some peace of mind no matter where you travel on Earth.
